Is the demo really free?
Yes. We build the demo at our own cost. If you do not like it, you simply ignore it.
What do you need from me?
Nothing for the demo. We use the public information from your online listings. Later you can send better photos if you like.
How long does it take?
The demo takes two to three business days. The full site is usually ready about a week after you approve it.
Is it a one-off payment or monthly?
The website itself is a one-off payment. Hosting and domain costs are written in your quote together with the demo, with no hidden fees. If you want us to keep updating the site for you, there is an optional care plan for 25 US dollars a month.
How did you get my number?
From your public business listing online. We never ask for card or bank details on the phone. You only get a link to look at.
I already have Facebook or Instagram. Why a website?
Keep them. A website shows up in Google search, and people who are not on social media can still see your prices and contact you.
Where do you work?
Lumi Web is a small remote studio. We work with local businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Kazakhstan.
Do I have to take the 25 dollar monthly plan?
No. It is completely optional and your site works without it. It is for owners who want us to handle updates for them, and you can cancel any time.
Do you also do social media and advertising?
Yes. We can run your posts, Google Business Profile and ads on Meta and Google. It is a separate service with its own price, which we quote after a short chat.
