Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you ask Lumi Web for a free demo website or buy a website or extra service from us. Our services are for businesses. By accepting a demo or paying for a website, you agree to these Terms.

1. The free demo

  • The demo is free and you are under no obligation to buy.
  • We prepare it from your public business information, usually within two to three business days, and send it to the WhatsApp number or email you choose.
  • Images in a demo may be placeholders. Before launch we use photos you supply or approve. If you want anything removed from a demo, tell us and we will remove it.
  • If you do not want the demo, you can simply ignore it. We may take it offline after 30 days.

2. Price and payment

  • Websites start from 120 US dollars. The final price depends on what you choose after seeing the demo and is confirmed in a written quote before you pay.
  • Extras such as online booking, online ordering, extra pages, integrations or search visibility (SEO) are quoted separately before any work starts.
  • Hosting and domain costs, and whether anything is paid monthly, yearly or once, are stated in your quote. There are no hidden fees.
  • Payment is by Wise or Paddle. We never ask for card or bank details by phone.

3. Delivery and changes

  • After you approve the demo and pay, the full website is usually ready in about a week.
  • Reasonable changes are included before launch and for 14 days after launch. Larger changes later are quoted in advance.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, photos and prices you give us and for having the right to use them.

4. Optional care plan

  • After launch you can choose a care plan for 25 US dollars a month. It is optional: your website works without it.
  • It covers routine updates such as prices, menu items, photos, opening hours and small text changes. Larger changes or new features are quoted separately.
  • You can cancel any time by message or email. The plan stops at the end of the month already paid, and there is no minimum term.

5. Social media and advertising

  • Social media management, Google Business Profile management and paid advertising are separate services with separate prices, agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Advertising budgets are paid directly to the ad platforms (for example Meta or Google) and follow their terms.
  • We work with care, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of followers, customers, sales or search rankings.

6. Your domain and ownership

Your domain is registered in your business's name. After full payment, the website content and design made for you belong to you (third-party fonts, tools and licensed images remain under their own licences). We may show your website as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

7. Third-party services

Hosting, domain registrars, booking or ordering tools and other third-party services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or changes, but we will help you resolve issues.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded, such as the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act, the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act, where they apply.

9. Liability

We provide our services with due care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a website is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or anything the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Disputes and changes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will try to fix it quickly and fairly. We may update these Terms; the version in effect when you accepted your quote applies to that project.
