Privacy Policy

Effective date: 28 September 2026 · Operator: Vadym Davydchuk (Telegram @trsvds), trading as Lumi Web

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Lumi Web collects, why, and how you can control it, when you visit this website, receive a call from us, or work with us on a website. Lumi Web is a small remote studio that works with businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Kazakhstan.

1. Information we collect

  • Public business information: business name, category, address, opening hours, rating and public phone number from public listings such as Google Maps and business directories. We use it to contact your business and to prepare a free demo.
  • Details you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, Telegram username, and what you tell us about your business.
  • Calls: our calls may be made or assisted by automated voice technology. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and we keep a short note of the outcome (for example: interested, call back later, do not call).
  • Website chat: the "Chat with Mia" window on this site is an automated assistant powered by ElevenLabs. If you use it, your messages (and your voice, if you choose voice mode) are recorded and transcribed so our team can reply to you. Please don't share card, bank or ID details in the chat.
  • Website: this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice is saved only in your own browser. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

2. How we use it

  • To offer and send you a free demo website, and to follow up on what you asked for.
  • To build, launch and support your website if you keep it.
  • To send quotes and invoices and confirm payments. Payments are handled by Wise or Paddle; we never see your full card details.
  • To keep a do-not-call list and respect your choices.
  • To check and improve the quality of our calls.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for unrelated advertising.

3. Service providers and international transfers

We use service providers for telephony, voice processing and transcription, website hosting and domains, email and messaging, and payments. Some of them store data outside your country (for example in the European Union or the United States). We only use providers that protect data under their own privacy and security commitments, and they may use it only to provide their service to us.

4. Retention and security

Call recordings and transcripts are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, or sooner if you ask. Do-not-call records are kept so we can keep respecting your request. Project and payment records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for accounting. Any logins you give us for your website are stored securely and removed when the work ends or when you ask.

5. Do not call

If you tell us on a call, by email or on Telegram that you do not want to be contacted, we add your number to our do-not-call list and will not call again.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, including call recordings, or object to being contacted. Contact davidchuk523@gmail.com · Telegram @trsvds. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to your local privacy regulator (for example the OAIC in Australia, the Privacy Commissioner in New Zealand, the PDPC in Singapore or the Personal Data Protection Department in Malaysia).

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.

If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies, except where local law requires otherwise.
