Refund Policy

Effective date: 28 September 2026 · Operator: Vadym Davydchuk (Telegram @trsvds), trading as Lumi Web

With Lumi Web you see your website before you pay, so most people never need a refund. This policy explains what happens if something goes wrong after payment. It does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

1. The demo is free

You pay nothing for the demo, so there is nothing to refund. If you do not like it, simply do not buy.

2. Before work starts

If you pay for a website or an extra and change your mind before we start the work, you get a 100% refund.

3. During the work

If you cancel while the website or an extra is being built, we refund the part of the price for work not yet done.

4. After launch

If the launched website does not match what we agreed in writing and we cannot fix it within 14 days of launch, you can ask for a full refund. Work that was delivered as agreed and approved by you is not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a remedy.

5. Third-party costs

Domain registration and other third-party fees already paid on your behalf cannot be refunded, but the domain stays yours.

6. Care plan and social media services

You can cancel the care plan or social media services at any time. We do not charge for months after you cancel, and months paid in advance that have not started are refunded. Ad spend already paid to ad platforms cannot be refunded by us.

7. How to ask

Contact davidchuk523@gmail.com · Telegram @trsvds with your business name and payment reference. We reply within two business days and send approved refunds by the original payment method (Wise or Paddle) within five business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies, except where local law requires otherwise.
